Kanthia over at LiveJournal has taken up cross-stitching, and created an incredible cross-stitched map of Koholint from The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening. Now get this- it's not even finished! It looks amazing already, but so far the only color applied is the base color. Just think how amazing this will look when it's finished!

Wow, very nice Cross-stitch.  Greatly emphasizes the levels of the original Zelda game(s).  What I am really surprised about is that it is incomplete.  More additions to it?  More texture?  Larger size?  I can't wait for the finished product.

Yes, this is pretty nice. I wouldn't mind having something like this framed and put on my wall. Heh, KittyKat, I feel your pain. I wish I could be this creative.
